Several months back I did a tutorial on my Family Rules project.
My oldest son, my darling baby (who is about to turn 18) thought I was missing a few rules and added one of his own.
Nice try, kid. Since we’ve been riding him like a pony about getting a summer job, this “rule” is NOT going to be implemented.
Dork.
Get. A. Job.
Duh.

That is funny, I think I tried to pull a similar thing when I was a teenager.
But I have been hearing that it is harder for teenagers to get summer jobs because they are being taken by unemployed adults
