Make Rosemary Herb bread using your bread machine.

Ingredients
  • 2¼ cups bread flour
  • 1 pouch dry yeast (approx. 2¼ tsp.)
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. chopped rosemary
  • ½ tsp. dried basil
  • ½ tsp. dried thyme
  • ½ tsp. dried oregano
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • 3 tbsp. (3/4 ounce) finely shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. chopped rosemary
  • ¼ tsp. garlic powder
Instructions
  1. Spoon the flour into measuring cups; use knife to level. Place the first 9 ingredients (bread flour through water) into the bread maker according to the directions given with the machine; choose a dough cycle and then start the machine. When it is done remove the dough from the machine but don't bake it yet.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350°
  3. Turn the dough out onto a gently floured surface then rub using oil. Form the dough into a loaf about 12 inches long. Place the loaf onto a cookie sheet. Combine 1 tsp rosemary, cheese, and garlic powder. Sprinkle the mixture onto the loaf. Bake at 350° for 45 min or until tapping the loaf produces a hollow sound. Take loaf out of the pan and cool on wire rack.
