Chocolate Almond Banana Smoothie Recipe and a new plan of attack for my weight loss goals.
- Ice (maybe 1 cup)
- 1 banana
- 2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 cups of vanilla almond milk (unsweetened or not - up to you)
- ¼ cup almond butter
- 1 scoop Renew Life Skinny Gut Vanilla Shake
- Put everything in the blender and give it a whirl.
