I sure hope Grant gets through it quickly….

Yours and mine…ugh!
So did my oldest!
Very funny!!! I can relate, sometimes when the photographer says “smile” I FEEL my face doing that!
Ha! Jack’s in that stage too. I’m glad to know it’s not just him. His school picture this year was terrible!
What is with kids and that smile. Jamison does the same thing. He’s still a cutie!
LOL that made me bust up laughing. My brother took some awful (FUNNY) pictures growing up. Boys…
Ugh…the grimace stage! I have 2 in that stage right now! It’s the worst!
Ugh…I have 2 going thru that right now. So 2 out of 4 =’s bad pictures 🙂

It’s either that, or they purposely make weird faces!
Too funny though. My oldest does that sometimes and I look at her and say no really smile
Oh thank goodness it’s not just me! Both of my girls give me a little of that right now, though my 4 year old is by far the worst. I just stare at her and go “wha?”
I remember! I would say or do about anything to make them have a real smile.
Good luck with that!
Oh no! My six year old is at this stage and it drives me NUTS. The four year old just won’t do them at all. He turns around and runs. Grr.
My whole family wants to do that very face for Christmas cards. Love it. (Love his duster, too)
Oh but MOM- he’s sooooooo cute!!

Libby is going through that right now! We call it the Chandler smile.
Yeah, but this stage is SO much better than the crossed eyes stage.
LOVE IT! It’s so true.
What a cute lil cowboy. And mama and papa.
Ha! He is so adorable!
When Layla does it I call it the fake smile. She fakes the smile so largely her eyes close.
Why is it that everything you post about Grant, I totally know what you’re talking about…sitting here nodding my head. I get the grimmace-and-bare-teeth smile too. I try to coach him into smiling NATURALLY, but it doesn’t work.
He’s such a cutie!! Love his western wear!
I had to share – William brought his school pictures home today – the retakes we had done because he wasn’t smiling the first time – and he’s displaying the ‘grimmace’ – I laughed & thought immediately of you 🙂
