Grant asked for a quesadilla for lunch. I made him one and added a little side of tortilla chips.
Grant: “These chips are too spicy.”
Me: “The chips…? The chips are too spicy..?!”
Grant: “Yes.”
Me: “Not the quesadilla… but the chips are too spicy..?”
Grant: “Yes.”
Me: “You’re weird.”
Grant: (slightly confused) “I thought you said I was interesting….”
That too, Buddy. That too.

Pansy Kidd – is that real?! That’s like that town that wanted to name the city center after the former mayor, Harry Baals.
My own little man likes to tell me stuff is “spicy” when it clearly isn’t – like melon or apples, etc. In our house it’s just code for “please don’t make me eat it”.
sounds like my kids. they are weird and interesting. lol
weirdly interesting…or maybe its interestingly weird

Love him!
Haha. Weird IS interesting, right?
I wish I had a school nearby named Pansy Kidd. I would totally threaten to send my kids there whenever they were acting like pansies.
Grant is also a genius. He could be your vice!
Momma! DOn’t hurt the boys feelings by calling him weird! It’s too confusing!
