Yesterday we had a nice, lazy Saturday morning. After lounging in our jammies a while, I asked Grant to get dressed.
As he went to change clothes I called after him: “And Grant!?? Please make sure you put on something that matches, OK…?”
He came back wearing this:
“What?! It’s all red…”
Yes, a red knit cap, red ski vest, red basketball shorts and a red thermal shirt that is too small and says property of North Pole work shop.
Yep.
That is indeed the PERFECT outfit for a beautiful Saturday in June.
It matches!
I had to laugh when I saw that picture. We lived overseas when two of our kids were born. I had to go to the hospital by plane, so they sent us two weeks before our due date just to be sure we’d make it. When I went to have the second one I told my husband to make sure he dressed Keith in clothes that matched while I was gone. I was gone almost a month and my friend couldn’t wait to tell me how my husband dressed him. One day all beige, the next day all blue, etc. So, if a grown man can do it that way so can a child!
Bahahahaha!!! Smarty pants.
This is my girls idea of matching too! Kids… Gotta love em!
LOL!!! I love the look on his face and his hands up. haha!
He’s right, it does match!
The look on his face is priceless, like who are you to question his fashion sense, haha
He’s got you there momma.
He’s like…”WHAT?”!! Ha!! Love it!

I never noticed before how much Grant looks like you. No…seriously. …
Now who does he get his fashion (non)sense from?
What…it’s red…just sayin’. Love him.
Love it. My little “red headed” (naughty little boy at the moment) used to wear rain boots all summer long. It was easy to pull them on and off. This is before he got the hang of walking in flip flops. Little boys can be quite amusing when they aren’t driving their moms insane.
