Grant: “Mom, I just timed myself while I was eating my banana. I did it in 1 minute and 59 seconds!”
Me: “Um, that’s nice….?”
Grant: “Yes! I was trying to do it in under 2 minutes! I did it with half a second to go! Whew!”
Me: “Who told you you had to eat it in under two minutes?”
Grant: “I wanted to race myself.”
Me: “You’re silly!”
Grant (shrugs shoulders and walks away): “Well yeah, I’m a kid. I’m supposed to be silly.”
Too funny! I don’t think Austin needs any help keeping it weird, it’s already pretty unusual there 🙂
