So about a year ago, I started drinking a green smoothie. Since I am one of the few grown-ups on the planet who still refuses to eat her vegetables, I was skeptical that something made primarily of vegetables would taste good… but this green smoothie recipe is healthy and tasty. Win-win!
I am trying really hard to eat a healthy diet, drink plenty of water and get plenty of sleep and exercise. This recipe is really quite yummy and it is easy to modify, so you can experiment and get something just right for you!
It can be really difficult to find that balance, but this easy smoothie helps me out quite a bit. I usually make it once a day and make enough that I can keep a second one in the fridge and drink that for a late afternoon snack instead of reaching for something that isn’t a great choice.
