Saint Conner of the Couch Cushions.

April 27, 2009 20 Comments

This weekend, Conner ratted Grant out because of his horrible behavior at Sunday School. After reading some of the comments about this post, I felt it necessary to illustrate just how bad Grant must have been acting in order for Conner to tell on him.

Grant loves all of his brothers, but he has a special affinity for Conner. Since he was a baby, Grant gravitated towards Conner. He was the only brother who treated Grant like a person, not just as a little plaything. brothers playingbrothers hugging

The point is this: Conner clearly is very tolerant of his baby brother. Sunday School must have been pretty darn bad.

    This is super sweet.

There’s a 12-year gap between Darling and the first of the Dolls.
    There’s a Thing there.
We talked about it last night.

I can see these boys have that thing too.
And Grant was undoubtedly terrible in Sunday school.

I have a real weakness for these shots of your boys…my boys are 14 years apart and I have the most precious (and I hardly ever use that word) pictures of those two together. In fact I’ve got to find those…maybe post some. Thanks for this highlight of the day!
And I just noticed you have 164 posts on quirkiness. I’m so coming back.

For the record, I wasn’t laughing that he told on him, I was laughing that he made a LIST! Is this a trait passed down from mom?

Awe, that makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside. Brotherly love is great…even when one brother rats out the other brother after sunday school…I’m sure that was even a sign of love.
