Los Angeles Lifestyle (and beyond) with Cindy Ambuehl

August 14, 2014 4 Comments

I thought I’d share one of my favorite websites with you today.  My friend Cindy has created Cindy Ambuehl Lifestyle, a site that showcases beautiful homes, fun things to do in Los Angeles and all sorts of gorgeous lifestyle posts.

Cindy is a former actress and model who now works as one of the top luxury real estate agents in Beverly Hills and surrounding areas.  (If she wasn’t also one of the nicest people I know, I might have to hate her just a little bit, but I can’t because she is too sweet.)   She is married to Don Diamont, who plays Bill Spencer on The Bold & The Beautiful, and they have a crazy household full of boys.  (So I can totally relate.)

She sees so many beautiful homes, has traveled to amazing places, and has a great sense of style. She’s rolled all of that experience into her website to share great tips, reviews, and a peek into a luxury lifestyle.

For example, I love, love, love this traditional estate that has been decorated with a touch of Los Angeles glam.

Grand bathroom with freestanding tub and fireplace

I mean, look at this vintage looking, free standing tub (in front of a fireplace!) that has been paired with mirrored glass tiles and mercury glass.  Sparkling and beautiful!

She can recommend fabulous, healthy restaurants in Los Angeles, as well as places to have a relaxing, decadent and luxurious brunch.

Cindy also knows great places to get Red Carpet Ready and shares some of her favorite boutiques and shops in LA.  I may not have red carpet events that I go to, but we’ve all needed to get dolled up for a wedding or party.

Oh, and do you have a long plane ride coming up?  I found this post on in-flight travel essentials to be very helpful as well.

Do you have a friend with flawless taste who freely shares excellent advice?  No?  Then please feel free to visit my friend Cindy, and tell her I sent you.

Oh heavens, she looks like that and has had 3 boys? Just not fair. How hard did she have to work tho to get that way after having kids? In Southern CA there’s a definite standard for women to look younger, prettier no matter how old they are or how many kids they’ve had. And with a husband that looks like him, phewy, drool bait, lol. She is one heck of a classy lady, love the first dress most of all. Very pretty lady. Happy weekend

Really interesting website, and I have to say that the estate does look absolutely amazing. Like you said, a perfect mixture of rural charm with a touch of glam.
