Last week, I told you that Grant got in trouble for getting up and playing on the top bunk bed. NOT allowed for the little monkey. (And also, it’s not his bed.)
I warned him to stay off of it. Apparently, a warning didn’t do it for him, and he got back up there again….
Me: “Grant! We just talked about this!! YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THE TOP BUNK!!!!”
Grant: “But it isn’t written on the Family Rules…”
You guys? I have a 6 year old who looks for loopholes in the rules…. who is trying to come up with his own fine print to get out of breached contracts…
And then look at this face!!!
I’m skeeerd.
This boy has such a bright future!
Oh how I love your Grantisms!
cute kid he has blue eyes like me
At my women’s study yesterday we had a child psychologist as a guest speaker and he addressed these sorts of things. He said it’s not that they don’t understand, but that they do understand and that they also know that you merely have authority not the power to control every action. Grrr… He said that motivation is key.
I think we should be scared (I say we bc of Caleb). That face…I could just squeeze it.
I think we should be more scared of PAUL.
Grant is super cute! I love his eyes and I’m pretty sure I would take his eyelashes. They look MUCH LONGER than mine! Lucky boy~
haha. He’s just like his Mama! 🙂
oh Grant.
I’ve seen that Paul guy around a lot today…I’ve starting to get a crush on him.
bah! when i was a kid my mom CONSTANTLY told me to stop being so “legalistic”. brace yourself for a lot more grant adventures!. eee!
I’m pretty sure that Isaiah is going to be a lawyer when he grows up. Sounds like Grant may be looking into the same field of work. Perhaps they can be partners??
OMG. I think it’s funny and stuff but I can’t stop laughing at IA’s comment!!!
Ah, but he was WRONG – – – it IS in your rules – – – look at that LAST one, “Do the RIGHT thing.”
I’d say THAT covers it ALL!
Ohhhhhh boy are you in trouble!!!!
