When a recipe calls for tomato paste, does it bug you that you need to open up a 6 oz can in order to get 2 tablespoons of tomato paste? A few years back I finally figured out the best way to have tablespoon sized portions of tomato paste at my fingertips and ready to go… freeze and store it.
