I love a simple project that helps to create a big impact. It can be the little details that make all the difference when it comes to setting a table or entertaining. These simple chalkboard eggs make really fun place cards at an Easter or spring brunch.
These started out as your everyday, run of the mill plastic Easter eggs. You can see the super easy tutorial in the original post. It honestly doesn’t get any easier than this.
Add a few sprigs of fresh rosemary and tuck it all into a vintage champagne glass and you’ve got a cute addition to your tablescape.
ps: These vintage champagne “coupes” allow the wine to breathe but very quickly let the CO2 bubbles dissipate. Who wants a glass of bubbly that isn’t, well, bubbly. Drink champagne out of tulip glasses if you have some. They let the flavors develop without losing their bubbles too quickly. You’re welcome.
I love cute little ideas like this for parties!
Thanks! So easy to do and those little details make all the difference, don’t they?
