With a large family to cook for, I always try to be as economical as possible. I buy items on sale and stock up when I can, I cook from scratch whenever possible, and I always, always try to use up leftovers. (With all of these growing boys around here there aren’t many leftovers, but when there are, I try not to let them go to waste.)
That’s why I love The Circle Sandwich. The whole family loves it, and it is super easy to modify the basic recipe to accommodate whatever ingredients you might have.
If you have leftovers and a few cans of that refrigerated crescent roll dough, then you’re all set. Click here to get the full recipe and baking times. (And if you are like me and afraid of those pop-open cans of dough, make sure you have a non-neurotic person to help you out in the kitchen when you make this.)
