Quick and easy BBQ Pork sandwiches for Game Day

A big part of game day, of course, is the food. What are you eating when you are watching the game? In addition to Game Day staples like Buffalo Chicken Dip, chips and salsa, and so on, we like to served pulled pork sandwiches or little short rib sliders that we cook up in the crock pot. But sometimes I need to serve a crowd and did not plan ahead with my trusty crock pot… so I am loving this new trick I found from Campbell’s Chunky soup: It’s so chunky and flavorful that it works as a sandwich.
