A paint chip scavenger hunt.

June 14, 2013 1 Comment

We’re going camping.  We do a whole lotta ‘nuthin when we go.  We relax, eat lots of good food, sit by the fire, play card games and just hang out.  However, sometimes it is fun to create an activity for the little ones and this is just about the easiest thing ever: A paint chip scavenger hunt!

I know this isn’t new or earth-shattering, but a Paint Chip Scavenger Hunt is a cheap and easy way to create a fun activity for the kids, whether you’re on vacation or just hanging out at home.

Gather up the paint chips you collected while searching for the perfect living room paint color, or pick up a few in the paint section.  Use a hole-punch on each one so you can tie them together and give each kiddo their own set.

Find a match and put a little check mark on that color.  Easy and fun!

The kids have fun looking for a “perfect match” and you have fun watching them do it.
Easy!
